DESCRIPTION:       This is a neighborhood park serving the residents of the development.


ADDRESS:               1605 Peach Dr NE


HISTORY:                 This parkland was dedicated through the Mayhew Lake Preserve Plat in 2003.


FACILITIES:             Playground equipment, small shelter with a picnic table, exposed aggregate walking trail. The length of the walking trail is approximately 0.11miles.



FUTURE GOALS:   The city would like to construct a boardwalk through the wetland to connect the northern and southern sections of the development.  This would allow safe access to the park for the residents on the northern half of the development and would add a recreational walking trail.


FEATURES:             The park overlooks a large wetland complex.
